Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the “Transfer money to Asia and win 2 Return Air tickets to Asia” offer (the “Promotion”) being promoted by Ridgeway Alliance Trust (“Nationwide Financial Group”). Participation in the Promotion is governed by the Terms and Conditions provided below (the “Terms and Conditions”). The words “we”, “us”, “our” and words with similar meaning refer to Ridgeway Alliance Trust Plc. By participating in the Promotion, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended, modified or supplemented by Ridgeway Alliance Trust. Any changes in the Terms and Conditions will be posted and updated on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and not in derogation of the Personal Banking Terms and Conditions, Ridgeway Remittance Account Terms and Conditions and Money Transfer for Non-Account Holders Terms and Conditions offered by Ridgeway Alliance Trust to Customers and non-customers available on our Website. If there is any inconsistency between the Personal Banking Terms and Conditions, Ridgeway Remittance Account Terms and Conditions, Mobile Banking Service Terms and Conditions and Money Transfer for Non Account Holders Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.

DEFINITIONS:

In these terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning as assigned to them below:

1. Air tickets” refers to a pair of economy class air tickets to fly to Asia and return.
2. Beneficiary” refers to the person in Asia to whom the Entrant successfully transfers funds throughRidgeway Alliance Trust using Ridgeway Alliance Trust Branch (es) and / or its Customer Service Centre and / or through its internet banking service provided by Ridgeway Alliance Trust on its Website and Mobile Banking app.
3. Branches” refers to the branch offices ofRidgeway Alliance Trust in the United Kingdom (”UK”), in Birmingham, Knightsbridge, Eastham, Wembley, Southall, Leicester, Manchester, Leeds and Harrow.
4. Customer” refers to a person who is an existing HomeVantage Current Account, Ridgeway Remittance Account holder ofRidgeway Alliance Trust or a person who does not have an account with Ridgeway Alliance Trust but is registered with Ridgeway Alliance Trust for remittance service and remains a customer till the Promotion Period.
5. Customer Service Centre” refers to our call centre which can be reached on +44-746-227-2978 (calls to this number use free plan minutes if available , otherwise they cost the same as 01/02 prefix calls.) to place requests over the phone.
6. Entrant” refers to a person who is a resident of the UK, above 18 years of age (including a Customer) and who after registering with Ridgeway Alliance Trust to remit money to any bank in Asia makes single or multiple Successful Transactions within the Promotion Period for a cumulative amount of €4000 (Great British Pound) or more.
7. Entry Email” refers to the email sent to the Entrants, confirming their eligibility for the Lucky Draw.
8. Lucky Draw” refers to the process of random selection of Lucky Draw Winners through secured internal systems on December 29, 2015.
9. Lucky Draw Winner” refers to the 10 randomly selected Entrants by Lucky Draw.
10. Mobile Banking App” means the software you download to use Mobile Banking Services.
11. Promotion Period” refers to the time period of the Promotion starting from 12:00 am UK time on October 19, 2015 until Midnight 12:00 am UK time on December 19, 2015.
12. Redemption email” refers to the email sent to the 10 Lucky Draw Winners, containing the instructions on redeeming Air tickets.
13. Successful Transaction” refers to a money transfer where the Beneficiary’s bank account has been credited with the funds as per the instructions for transfer of funds made by the Entrant.
14. Website” refers to the website ofRidgeway Alliance Trust as made available online at www.ridgewayalliancetrust.com.


How to enter:
1. To participate in the Promotion, the Entrant must make a Successful Transaction (single or multiple), which amounts to €4000 or more, to an account of a Beneficiary maintained with any bank in Asia during the Promotion Period. This can be done via the following:
a. By visiting any of the Branch (es) in UK. Please visit the Website for further details;
  or
b. By calling the Customer Service Centre;
c. Sending money online. Charges applicable for online transfers will apply. Please visit the Website for further details; or
d. By Mobile Banking App. Charges applicable, please visit the Website for further details.
2. All of the above channels may be used by Customers, however, any Entrant other than a Customer must make the Successful Transaction through our Branches only.


ELIGIBILITY:
1. This Promotion is valid only for Successful Transactions (single or multiple) made by the Entrant which amounts to a transfer of funds of up to €4000 or more to a Beneficiary’s bank account with any bank in Asia within the Promotion Period, subject to a maximum of two Air tickets per Entrant.
2. The Promotion is only valid for Entrants registering a valid email address with Ridgeway Alliance Trust.
3. If the Entrant does not have an email address registered with Ridgeway Alliance Trust, they need to register an email address to which we can send the Entry email. Once the Entrant confirms the email address, the Entry email will be sent to the email address provided by the Entrant within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Lucky Draw will take place on December 29, 2015. All Entrants will be entered into the Lucky Draw and 10 Lucky Draw Winners will be chosen at random. The 10 Lucky Draw Winners will receive a Redemption email within 7 working days from the date of the Lucky Draw.
2. The number of times an Entrant’s name will appear in the Lucky Draw will depend on the total number of Successful Transactions. The amount will be divided in multiples of 4000’s, so if the entrant has transferred €40,000 in one or multiple Successful Transactions, during the Promotion Period, the Entrant’s name will appear 10 times during the Lucky Draw, increasing their chances of winning.
3. If the Lucky Draw Winner does not respond to Ridgeway Alliance Trust within 10 calendar days of being notified via email by Ridgeway Alliance Trust, then the Air tickets will be forfeited andRidgeway Alliance Trust shall be entitled to select another Lucky Draw Winner. A Lucky Draw Winner, whose Air tickets have been forfeited, is not entitled to payment or compensation.
4. The 10 Lucky Draw Winners need to communicate to Ridgeway Alliance Trust their preferred travel dates before February 27, 2016. The outward journey should be before June 30, 2016 to the selected destination and the return ticket will be valid for 1 year for travel. Tickets are available from London Heathrow Airport only to Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Amritsar, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Further connecting flights will not be provided to the Lucky Draw Winners.
5. All Air tickets will be subject to availability on flights requested by the Lucky Draw Winners andRidgeway Alliance Trust will book the tickets based on the information provided by the Lucky Draw Winner. The airline carrier for the ticket and timings for flight are at the sole discretion ofRidgeway Alliance Trust.
6. The Air tickets, once issued, cannot be cancelled and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
7. Only one entry per Entrant is allowed. For joint account holders, the primary applicant of the account will be considered as an Entrant.
8. Nationwide Financial Group will not be held responsible for the Lucky Draw Winner and/ or the companion not taking advantage of the Air tickets due to health or any other reason.
9. The Lucky Draw Winner’s companion must be aged 18 or over and the Lucky Draw Winner must ensure that they both have valid passports / visas and travel insurance where necessary.
10. Nationwide Financial Group accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the Air tickets. Travel provided to the Lucky Draw Winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the airline carrier andRidgeway Alliance Trust has no liability for disputes arising from the travel which should be taken up with them.
11. Nationwide Financial Group reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision ofRidgeway Alliance Trust in all such matters is final and binding.
12. Nationwide Financial Group shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other such circumstances.
13. Entrants’ personal data shall be processed for the purpose of their participation in the Promotion only and will only be retained as long as necessary for such purpose. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants consent that their personal data may, for the same purpose as stated above, also be transferred to Ridgeway Alliance Trust’s third party contractors necessary to process Entrants’ participation in the Promotion.
14. The Lucky Draw is not open to employees of theRidgeway Alliance Trust group of companies
15. All costs and expenses in taking up the Air tickets shall be borne by the Lucky Draw Winner.
16. Nationwide Financial Group shall not be obliged to make any public announcements on the outcome of the Lucky Draw.
17. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and all disputes arising under this Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in England and Wales.
18. This Promotion is not available for money transfers to Asia made through Money2Asia.com, a service operated by Ridgeway Alliance Trust Limited, Asia.
